Cassy Gardner,Corporate Development Director at E Tech Group
Cassy Gardner, PMP, MBA is the Head of Partnerships at E Tech Group. She works at the intersection of industrial automation, AI enablement, and business strategy. Her experience spans ISA‑95/88–aligned architectures, roadmapping initiatives, and delivering large-scale technology projects across regulated industrial environments. Her latest undertaking centers on preparing manufacturing environments for AI solutions. Cassy brings a compelling perspective on the network, data, and application architectures required to capture AI benefits. Her focus is on architectural readiness, not AI model tuning. She offers vulnerability and transparency, openly sharing both the technical and personal challenges that have shaped a 13-year career spanning bioengineering and mergers and acquisitions. Beyond her professional work, Cassy is a founder and volunteer for Y'allomation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in industrial automation by connecting students and early‑career professionals with mentors and real‑world industry guidance. At Women in Biotech Frontiers, she looks forward to fostering community among women in biotech—believing that shared experience and trusted human networks are even more critical than ethernet networks.
