REGISTRATION AVAILABILITY:

• Registration re-open at 9:00 AM (Pacific) on Thursday, May 21. Both SF Chapter members and non-members are eligible to register at this time. This includes registration for individual golf player spots and foursomes, as well as any remaining sponsorships (see prospectus above).
• Wine Tour Tickets are now SOLD OUT.

ISPE San Francisco Bay Area hosts our Annual Fun Day in the summer, a highly anticipated event that combines relaxation, recreation, and networking. The day kicks off with a complimentary breakfast with drinks, and after, attendees can choose between golfing or a wine-tasting experience. Winery tour participants will enjoy the famous lobster lunch, and all golfers and sponsors will be given a boxed lunch. At the end of the day, ALL participants are invited to the 19th Hole Reception Awards Banquet to network and wrap up the day’s events!

Sponsor Registration

• Open to San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Members ONLY on April 30 at 9:00 AM (Pacific)
• Open to non-members on May 7 at 9:00 AM (Pacific)

Attendee Registration –

• Open to San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Members ONLY on May 14 at 9:00 AM (Pacific)
  • Any remaining sponsorships will also be made available on May 14th.
• Open to non-members on May 21 at 9:00 AM (Pacific)

EVENT REGISTRATION / SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering as a sponsor or attendee, you agree to the following terms and restrictions. ISPE SF reserves the right to cancel your registration at its discretion if any of these conditions are not met.

• Online Payment Requirement – All registrations and sponsorships must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the online payment system. Invoicing and offline payment arrangements are not available.
• No Refund Policy – All purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
• Sponsor Companies
  • Sponsorship Selection Limit – Each organization may purchase only one sponsorship type until General Registration begins on May 14th. If starting on May 14th, sponsorships are still available, companies may purchase additional sponsorship options.
  • Additional Golf Player(s) or Wine Tickets – In addition to the tickets included with Fun Day sponsorship levels, sponsors may purchase a limited number of additional tickets and player spots once General Registration opens on May 14. Each sponsor company may purchase up to a total of eight (8) tickets – this can be (8) player spots (two foursomes) OR eight (8) wine tickets or a combination of 4 players (1 foursome) and (4) wine tickets. For example, a sponsor that purchases a sponsorship with 4 wine tickets may purchase an additional 4 wine tickets on May 14th, for a total of eight (8) tickets.
• Non-Fun Day Sponsor Companies – If your company is not signing up to sponsor, there is a limit of 1 Golf Foursome and up to 2 Winery Tour Participants for non sponsor companies.
