Meet the Speakers

Kerry Coltun

VP Process and BAS Division

Kerry is a licensed PE with over 35 years of experience focusing on industrial process and automation systems with an emphasis in the Life Sciences industry.  As the Division’s Vice President, Kerry provides mentorship to his team to ensure quality and successful completion of projects with the primary goal of customer satisfaction.  Kerry is a Chemical Engineer with a MS from University of Wisconsin-Madison.  In his spare time, Kerry is a motorcycle enthusiast performing maintenance and embarking on frequent road trips throughout California and cross country.

Ken Anderson

Manager, Integrated Manufacturing Systems

Ken has over 26 years of experience with Therma and is responsible for the design and fabrication of process manufacturing units developed for customer projects.  As the lead for his engineering group, Ken serves as the key architect for his team, specifying the design direction and fabrication of process units with a loyal base of recurring clients.  Ken is a Mechanical Engineer from UC Santa Barbara. He is an avid cyclist and consummate outdoorsman. 

Hari Patadiya

Director of Industrial Automation and BAS Controls

Hari has over 10 years of experience with Therma and is responsible for the design and development of complex automation systems that are either integrated with projects involving process units or directly with clients serving as their Systems Integrator of choice.   Hari leads a team of automation and controls engineers that provide solutions for industrial process systems as well as commercial building and HVAC applications.  Generally recognized as the subject matter expert (SME) by his peers, Hari establishes a strong bond with his clients and is entrusted with the development of their software assets.  Hari is a Mechanical Engineer with a MS from San Jose State University and is a Certified SCADA systems developer.  In his spare time, Hari enjoys traveling with his young family and is an avid technologist.
